Starting off with the question I'm sure you get a lot. Why are you passionate about fighting

for healthy sexuality and racial equality?

I think I'm so passionate about this.

I started my early career as a sex educator in low-income communities in St. Louis.

And I just saw the devastation that people experience just because they just lack knowledge and understanding

about sex and sexuality, which made it difficult for them to make really healthy decisions.

And then when I started teaching at the college level, I quickly found that even relatively well-educated, prepared college students

didn't have basic understanding about their bodies in sexuality. And so I just really became
