I talk about the three as I was taught the three cancers of the mind which are complaining, comparing and criticizing.

The complaining, comparing and criticizing are at lower frequencies and vibration.

So if you're trying to operate from the point of view of like

being a growth mindset person, being a person who wants to help others,

being a good person, that vibration is bringing you down.

And that doesn't mean that you reject people who do that or you don't care about them

and you just push them away.

But it's you also recognizing that if you have a different goal,

you're not going to be able to achieve that from this frequency and vibration.

Now you may get to a point in your life where you're strong enough to lift people up,

but until you're at enough to lift people up,

but until you're at that level,

you know you're going to get pulled down.

And I often think about the idea of if you saw someone drowning

in the sea, if you were lifeguard qualified, you'd go and save them.

But if you weren't, you'd go look for the lifeguard.

I believe that each and every one of us has the power within ourselves to create the life that we really want and I

want to help give you the tools to make that happen.
