Thanks for having me, Scott. I'm thrilled to be here.

I mean number one Wall Street Journal bestseller. Not too shabby. The book is the one thing,

the surprisingly simple truth behind extraordinary results.

You're the co-author with your colleague and friend Gary Keller from Keller Williams.

I think one of my favorite opening stories is how the book came into publication. Would you kind of

recreate the setting of the meeting and how that kind of came down into the one

thing of why the book could be so important.
