Let me just mention that we're not going to talk about the John Gruden lawsuit against the league,

which was news that broke yesterday.

Jay was pretty clear.

He said, look, I don't know anything, and I can't say anything anyway.

So he said, go ahead and ask me, but I don't, I'm not going to be able to comment on any of it.

And so we won't do that with Jay.

For those that missed it, John Gruden is suing the NFL and Commissioner Roger Goodell in the wake of those emails, which were private emails between him and Bruce Allen and him

and Bruce Allen and others, being leaked.

Gruden's attorney, Adam Hosmer-Henner, wrote the following in their

complaint, in their lawsuit complaint. Quote, the complaint alleges that the defendant selectively

leaked Gruden's private correspondence to the Wall Street Journal in New York Times in order

to harm Gruden's

reputation and force him out of his job. There's no explanation or justification for why

Gruden's emails were the only ones made public out of the 650,000 emails collected in the

NFL's investigation of the Washington football team, or why the emails were held for months before being

released in the middle of the Raiders season.

The lawsuit says the NFL pressured the Raiders to terminate Gruden and intimated that further
