acknowledging that his playing style had to be changed, nothing drastic, but more of a tweak, which is a work in progress.

I'm going to continue to learn. I'm going to make mistakes here and there, and I'm going to bounce back from him.

I'm going to have some hits that I took early on that I saw is kind of unnecessary,

and then you just make adjustments. And at the same time, you've got to continue to just play your game. That's it right there. Sounds good. Delicate balance, so a little on both sides. And following that, a reporter would ask him about his brand of football, the Jets brand of football that Glenn is trying to establish. And look, what do I know? I'm not there behind closed doors, but I thought his answer was terrible and far from

inspiring.

So he was asked how often he's seen the brand he's looking for and how he can get his

team to play that way more consistently.

Here's what he offered at least initially.

Yeah, well, there was, we were playing Jacksonville, and I showed the team this, and if you guys go and watch the way that we ran the ball against Jacksonville, I thought it was very, very impressive on us controlling the line of scrimmage, us running the ball, being physical, being violent.

And then he just kept rambling about that game and how they ran it well at the end of the third quarter into the fourth quarter of a game that, mind you, they trailed 31-10 at the half and ended up losing 48-20. Our guys got into a shoving match. The quarter ends. Then we go down. We have a hell of a run on a physical play and then we scored touchdown and then we had other

runs after that and we had the passes that our Brady was actually starting to get into a rhythm

against Jacksonville.

That was the brand of football that I want our guys to see and I showed the whole team that.
