Can you believe it's 2016 already? Man that is just

blowing my mind. We're starting the new year with a great episode. I sit down with my

friend Jason Butler of Let Live and if you guys haven't seen Let Live

you have to check them out.

Now basically the whole thing about them is that Jason is one of the most intense crazy performers

you'll have ever seen.

I've seen him jump off speaker stacks, I've seen him climb a balcony at the House of Blues, I've seen him

run off the stage and come back with flowers he picked and give them to a girl.

Really, I mean, I've seen him do it all and more and so we talk a lot about that at the end of the episode

We talk about his recent marriage to another lead singer Jim Wig, which is always very interesting to talk about.

We talk about the last record, Blackest Beautiful,

not quite being what some of the fans wanted.

And of course we talk about the new record

and we get into all kinds of other awesome stuff.

So since it's the new year I wanted to talk about New Year's resolutions a little bit.

In the past I've made a few and most of them have failed

epically but I was actually reading a statistic that apparently you are ten

times more likely to succeed doing something at the beginning of

the year than if you just randomly did it on you know June 30th or whatever.

So I'm attempting a few New Year's resolutions myself. If you guys have any I'd love to hear yours to email me
