Today I'm going to talk all about nested goals, which is my own goal setting system that I've

I often get a lot of questions about nested goals and it is a lot of what I teach in

without going into quite enough detail. And so today I'm going to get into some of the nuts

and bolts and the things that I get asked about all the time. But first, a few life updates.

and new phase. I mean, maybe. But I have to say, this year, more than most recent years,

I feel like I've really been able to capitalize on that new year energy for myself. I'm hoping I can

keep it going a little bit longer than I have in years

past. I'm not sure why that is. I think it may have to do with being squarely in post-pandemic,

normal life realm for me for my career being in a more stable place than it's been at the

start of the year for a long time.

In 2019, I was just kind of getting ready to transition into an administrative role with the

residency program. 2020 was kind of adjusting to that and we kind of had mumblings of some stuff

coming down the pike. 2021 was obviously crazy.
