Hello and welcome to Psychic Teachers. I'm Samantha Faye and I'm Deb Bowen and

we're so happy to have you here with us. This week we are going to be

answering your questions from the mailbag so we have a lot of great questions

that we're going to go through and some nice little stories to share as well.

So please make yourself a nice cup of tea and settle down and enjoy this hour

with us. As you all know we always start the show with a meditation, a crystal and

an animal of the week and Deb is going to start us off with a nice meditation.

I'm sure I am. I'm happy to do this meditation. So if it is safe and

comfortable for you to do so please sit back, take a long slow deep breath and

close your eyes. Make another deep breath and just drop your shoulders.

And breathe. And as you're breathing, see yourself in a beautiful winter

wood. It's lovely and soft with kind of a muted sunlight coming through.

It's kind of a grayish muted light, almost an ethereal light in this wonderful

wonderful wood. And as you're walking along this path, there leaves crunching

beneath your feet. And the smell around you is as a wonderful earth that you know

is lying, shallow, waiting for the gift of spring. And you hear birds chirping

along the way. Every once in a while you'll see a vine that's still this

beautiful electric crimson color. And you wonder if it's maybe Virginia Creeper

or Poison Ivy, but it's beautiful in its contrast to the browns and

grays around you in this lovely, lovely wood. And as you're walking along, you

come to a river bank. It's not a very big river. It's pretty shallow. It's not very

wide. And you sit down on the bank of the river on a stone, it's kind of outcropping
