And we're very happy that you're here to join us for another exciting talk. As you know,

for you all who are faithful listeners, we thank you. We usually start the show with the crystal

of the week, an animal of the week, and a meditation of the week.

But we have so many exciting notes and so many fun things to share with you each week that we've decided to reduce the meditation to a monthly meditation.

So we'll be doing that once a month, but we will still keep up with the weekly animal

of the week and the crystal of the week.

Tonight we're going to be talking about in bulk, which is coming up very shortly,

and we're going to be telling you kind of the history of that,

how it got started, how it evolved through the years,

and how you can incorporate it into your appreciation of the cycles of your year.

But first we're going to start with our crystal of the week,

and this week I chose the optase.

I have. It's a beautiful stone.

Have you? I have not, but I would like to.

It is so pretty.

It's a beautiful emerald green color.

And it's known as a powerful healer for the heart. And it also helps to open up your heart chakra and your higher heart chakra.

It helps to bring all of the chakras to a greater level of functioning, and it helps to facilitate spiritual

attunement, helping you to reach higher levels of vibration and consciousness.

Judy Hall says that it has a dramatic effect on the human energy field.
