He has also had other books published on the UFO phenomena, including “”Sky Crash Throughout Time: A Continued Investigation into the Rendlesham UFO Mystery,” which he coauthored with the first investigator/author on the case, Brenda Butler.

0:32.8	This week's a crazy week here in the colonies as they passed this government funding authorization
0:40.0	bill. Most of it shouldn't concern you, especially those of you who live in other countries,
0:44.5	except, of course, for those related to the stimulus for the COVID-19 crisis. But it did
0:51.1	fund one thing, which includes the Pentagon's UAP task force. So the clock is now ticking.
0:57.8	They have to provide their first report within six months. Now, to me, that means nothing.
1:06.2	And I'll tell you why in a moment. But before I do that, Randall, do you have any expectations of what
1:12.2	that's going to mean? Well, there were people who thought that it had already passed and then
1:17.0	we weren't really sure. That was part of the Defense Intelligence Acquisitions Bill or something.
1:22.6	So now you're saying that all of these bills passed because I think the stimulus package for the COVID-19 thing was that's a separate thing, isn't it?
1:31.6	There are three bills.
1:33.3	One is the defense authorization bill that Trump went ahead and vetoed, but that's in the process of being overridden.
1:43.9	There's another bill that funds general government operations combined with the bill that
1:50.1	provides the COVID stimulus, which means $600 for most Americans, except those with a lot of money.
1:58.6	The key here, though, is forgetting the background in terms of the politics of how it was approved.
2:05.6	We're talking about a real deadline of late June of 2021 before they have to report.
