The GOP has reached a landmark agreement to create what they hope will be a rival to Democrats' online funding machine, Act Blue.

The deal, which has been blessed by top party officials,

will create a joint venture between the Republican Data Trust and Rev, a contribution processor

used by the Trump campaign. It will be called Patriot Pass. Meanwhile, on the Democratic side,

our colleagues Maggie Severn's and Alex Thompson report that Dems are clashing over campaign
