Brussels and Afghanistan. He's the commander in chief. Disclosing a speaker's travel to a war zone

is unprecedented, and many believe it to be petty. So, Pelosi also has every right to decide,

using whatever metrics she would like, to use her purchase speaker to strip money from any and all

of the president's priorities.

Remember, every single spending bill has to go through Pelosi, and as an appropriator, Pelosi

is very familiar with the budget and how to exact pain through starving programs of cash.

Pelosi is also overseeing the oversight of Trump's administration.
