Episode 47: Janet Love Part 1 of 2

Janet Love, a ticket agent for Delta Airlines, was found murdered in her Bedford, Texas apartment in 1986. Despite Janet’s low risk lifestyle, the sheer number of potential suspects overwhelmed investigators, who weren’t sure whether her killer was a stalker, or someone she invited in. Bedford police worked her case for decades, following every lead and going down every enticing rabbit hole, to no avail. When forensic genealogy finally pointed to a suspect, investigators received confirmation that their original instincts were right – the killer was someone close to home.
