Okay, so as always, to get us started, tell us just a little bit about yourself.

Let's see, a little bit about me.

I started off my career working in PR departments.

I did primarily crisis communication.

And when I stayed home with my kids, I was freelancing PR and I really began to notice

as I was trying to tackle things biologically with my kids.

My friends and I were definitely saying we're going to be the parents who answer our kids' questions.

And then when I started to do it, I wasn't very good at it.

And my nor were my friends.

And we were surprised.

I mean, we are in this business of tackling kind of complex ideas for corporations.
