I love to just give my guests the opportunity to introduce themselves and tell us a little bit about

themselves and their story. All right. I am Alan Jackson. I'm a pastor from Murphries,

Broughton, and City. We're really just outside of Nashville. So I'm an official hillbilly.

I grew up here. Since I was a boy, my dad was a veterinarian. He came here because of the animals

when we were kids. And so I grew up, I like to say I grew up in a barn in Tennessee.

Oh my gosh. I've been gone a few times for education and different things. I lived in Israel for

a while. I went to Hebrew University in Jerusalem, but I'm a pastor at heart. I've been serving the

same congregation for more than three decades. So I have a particular passion to see people gain

momentum in their faith. I believe God brings better outcomes to lives.
