So without further ado, I'm really excited to introduce you guys to Janelle. Welcome to the show. I'm so so happy you're here.

Thank you for having me. I'm so excited. I'm so excited to have you here. I really want you to tell us all about your career because I think, you know, from what I was seeing you have a few hats that you wear. So because you dive into your career history? Yeah for sure. So it's a very long story but I'll try to keep it short. I initially moved to New York with the intention to be a fashion editor.

So I always just have this big dream about working in fashion and being backstage with the

shows and whatnot.

I got to New York in 2008 it was a very tricky time economically so a lot of magazines were closing. There wasn't a ton of opportunities so I ended up going into PR. So I didn't have the intention to be a publicist, nor was it something that I thought I'd stay for long. But I ended up getting a really great contract role at Victoria's Secret, which was probably, I have to say like looking back 10 years in, probably one of my favorite jobs just because every day was so different some days I'd be working with like the Victoria secret direct collections I don't know if you remember the catalogs.

Yes, and I always like this stuff is so sexy and I want to wear all that.

I'm helping manage those samples, but then at the same time it's when like the

Victoria Secret Angels were super popular.

They'd always have in-store events.
