because she asked him to move out due to concerns about his relationship with her young children.

In Long Island, the estranged husband of Kelly Owen has been charged with her murder.

Owen's parents discovered the young mother's body in her bed on January 16th and there were

no signs of forced entry.

Finally, in Texas, Megan Fierre Muska has officially been charged with the capital murder of her

friend Heidi Brasart and the kidnapping of Heidi's newborn daughter, Margot.

The Seattle Times reports that 25-year-old Solomon Witt was charged with first-degree murder

in connection with the January 10th slaying of 41-year-old Jana Layman.

According to the charging documents obtained by the Times, Witt, who had been living with

layman in her two children since 2018, killed Jana Layman after she asked him to move out

of her house.

At 12.47pm on January 10th, Witt called 911 to report the heed returned home to find

Jana unconscious at the bottom of the basement steps.

Metic's arrived and managed to restore heartbeat, but Jana never regained consciousness and passed

away in the hospital three days later.

Police officers at the scene noted that Witt had scratches on his arms and around his neck.

They also observed bruising around Jana's neck, which was not consistent with a fall
