Coming up on Sword and Scale Daily, the New York Police Department arrested an 18-year-old

suspect in a fatal Christmas Eve robbery.

Surveillance videos show six suspects attacking a 60-year-old victim who died of his injuries

three days later.

The suspects got away with only $1.

In Billings Montana, an apparent car crash death turned into a homicide investigation,

his officer suspect the victim died before the collision.

Finally, in Texas, a 12-year-old boy is hailed a hero after saving his great-grandparents

from a knife attack launched by his older brother.

On Tuesday, the NYPD arrested 18-year-old Abu Kante, a resident of the Bronx.

In connection with the December 24th death of 60-year-old Juan Fresnada.

Kante is suspected of being one of six attackers who viciously beat Fresnada during a robbery.

Fresnada died of his injuries in a hospital on Saturday.

Juan and his partner, 26-year-old Byron Cassidis, had just left the McDonald's restaurant on

third avenue in Concours Village when they were accosted by the men who then demanded money.

One Fresnada refused, the suspects attacked him and Cassidis.

Juan, who attempted to protect his lover, suffered the brunt of the attack.
