great lengths to avoid pain, suffering, and uncomfortable situations. And, you know, how so often

it's these very efforts that reinforce our captivity? When we put tons of energy into making

workarounds around our fears and our

insecurities, we make all these kinds of rules and we go to great lengths so we don't have to

suffer so we can try to have the solution of control, all those efforts actually reinforce our

very captivity. So how do we get free if we keep making these kinds of rules and accommodations
