her biggest fans at this point her line is is absolutely phenomenal. I know a lot of you might have

heard of it. It's been all over my social feeds and rightfully so. So without further ado, I want to introduce you guys to the celebrity makeup artist and absolute genius behind

Jamie makeup and Jamie Greenberg. Welcome to the show Jamie I'm so excited to be hosting you.

Oh gosh, I really am such a fan and I absolutely love what you've done and created and you know I can't wait to dive into all of the products

Jamie but I want to learn about you and your career and your background and what led to creating the brand because you have such an impressive trajectory with your artistry. So I'd love for you to walk us down memory lane if you could. Thank you so much. Okay, I'm going to try to keep it short so we don't lose your followers.

So pretty much I studied a film in college and after I lived in New York City. I graduated from Ithaca College

let's go bombers and I was in film editing was what I thought I wanted to do and

after a while I kind of realized it wasn't really what I wanted to do and I was always good at

makeup and even my film professor was like you should do makeup you're always

doing makeup on everybody's films like maybe that's something but it was never

an idea that I thought was a career path you could have.

So after a little time, I decided maybe that is what I wanted to do.

And I got a job at Ulta.

I walked in with like Anne Taylor suit and resume and they were like who is this

dumb and I was like and I was trying to be professional meanwhile I made like

$7 an hour and started to unpack product at 4.30 in the morning and just got to really know product and something called

Gratis and that is when brands come and tell you their storyline of their product and give you

free stuff and so I lived for Grattis.

I was like, I love getting free makeup.
