Okay, so we, the first night is always a busy night.

It is a night where I have to cover a lot of things

to get a set for this semester,

but it's a good night.

But the two things that I always have to accomplish are first of all I

need to let you know why we do things the way that we do especially because we have

so many women who haven't done the study before I'm sure that you have heard

various versions of how we do things from whoever it is that lured you in here with promises of additional Girl Scout cookies or whatever it took.

Can I just say on the Girl Scout saying that this year when they went to that whole cookies

on demand system we had a complete and utter breakdown of self-control at my house.

Did anybody else?

Like they were like how many boxes you

want. My friend texts me. Tell me how many cookies you want. So I was like I

want them all. I don't know like how many are there? And so I sent her I

want eight boxes of Thin Men's and like 10 seconds later there's this little knock on the door and this precious little angel is standing there holding my cookies and I was like this is better than Amazon.

So I hate that.

If anyone lured you here with cookies,

they're not here anymore because I've eaten everything in the immediate vicinity.

Where was I?

A lot to cover and I'm telling you random Girl Scout cookie stories.

Okay, we are going to do two things. We're going to lay out how we do the study. We're going to take the

time to do that because we have a lot of people who this is their first time in the study and then secondly we're going to do what we do every time and that is we're going to set up the book of James.
