Smith Williams defensive end from the commander. So let's talk a little

commander's football. The thing that most people have been waiting for. Of course,

I hope you everyone take took in the first part of the pod. Great stuff and

appreciate you for sharing all that James with us. Let's just let's start

broad like what you make of the spring. The new practice structure and

everything that EB brought on the offensive side that kind of shaped how the

team came together and how did you feel like your spring went? Yeah, I think

holistically it's been a great change. I think historically football DCs are

usually the one defense pointers usually the ones who are you know yelling

screaming really high standards go go go high tempo. I think that's all in the

DC role. So it's been nice to look over in other field and see EB getting out of

them and screaming and hold them till really high standard. It's it's been a nice

change. May as a defensive player. But he's the office has been great. I'm in a

long. We definitely see the systems getting in place. Nothing for me. It was a

great spring. I think this year was more of a focus on individual on

fundamentals on technique and not so much you know getting out there getting

out there when we're doing good on good work. It's more of been more cooperative

trying to both learn the plays and both they're trying to install their system.
