Well first, thanks so much for having me. I really appreciate it. I appreciate any time I get the chance to share some ideas and help folks.

I grew up in a very small still mill town outside of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania population of think about 8,000 folks.

We didn't have much grown up.

Mom was a lunch mother at the school, dad worked in the still mill for over 30 years.

And so we didn't have much, but I started to develop a strong desire to want to achieve certain dreams and goals and just do things that a lot of folks are told in our town that you can't do.
