Marquez, and Brian Friend here with you today as Lauren Khalil has forsaken us for personal

travels. So we are left unsupervised today. Brian, how's the weekend? You good? I don't know if

people are watching this or not, but I feel like exposed in the top box all by myself. We've propped you up. Yeah, you're a... Let me see where my hands are. Exactly. There we go. Good stuff. Here's what we're going to do today. We, if you've been paying attention, I've been speaking to quite a few rookies, so we said, hey, we should probably do a show on the rookies. So we're going to talk to two more today. Last week, we spoke to Yelahosta.

Today we're going to hear from Jake Douglas. He sat down with our Oceania correspondent, Jeremy Austin, and then I was able to speak with James Sprague. We'll have both of those interviews for you. And then on the back half of that, on the back end of that, I should say, We're going to have a wider discussion about kind of the history of rookies at the CrossFit games.
