slash asylum, which I will say I'm enjoying a lot more now, like a week in. I'm really enjoying

the bridge of Peter. And I also rewatched Peter Pan with Teddy. You know,

I'm always trying to intermix my interest in pop culture symbolism with activities I can do with

my child. Gotta say, Peter's kind of a dick. Haven't watched that movie in a while. I only made it

halfway through. Well, Teddy only really made it about

10 minutes in. And a lot of the scenes with Tinkerbell, I found suggestive, like, there's this one

scene where she's bent over and trying to get through like a keyhole and a dresser drawer.

And it's just like ass up. And I'm like, whoa. Anyways, not in fact. I don't think that's what

Peter is about. But anyway, what was I talking about? It's being even appropriate. I read some article or like reposted something on page six about how, you know, who knows this is even true, but like there were moms on the internet who were like outraged because Taylor curses so much in this album.

And I'm kind of like, oh my God, I feel like we had this convo.

What was the episode about turning red called?

That was a fun episode where we kind of talked about prudish parents.

And now that they am a parent, I find this especially interesting.

Because, you know, I just, I feel pretty strongly that people with kids don't need to insist.

Everything needs to be kid friendly.

And they need to like understand that there are some spaces that are meant for adults and are

valid in only being meant for adults. And I just feel like whatever parents are trying to do,

whether like to ban books or ban X, Y, Z or like censor artists or whatever it is. It's like, oh my God, this is such a

waste of time. Can you use your breath to, like, I don't know, parent? Because that's what it is.

It's like stuff in the world is going to exist that is not going to be appropriate for your kids

or that needs to be paced in a certain way that is in alignment with their development.
