So tell us about your background.

In addition to building one of the nation's most exclusive real estate brands, you've also raised

a family with four children, been involved in a great deal of charity and community work.

How do you juggle all those responsibilities and still manage to achieve such stellar success

year in and year out?

Well, it's difficult.

My children always say, oh, my gosh, Mom, I have to make an appointment with you.
