According to newly released, although highly redacted government documents, well, it turns

out that Mr. Jack Smith has been using the January 6 case over in D.C. to compile data

on President Trump's supporters throughout the whole country.

Let me break down for you exactly what these government documents say.

To start with, for context, among the many lawsuits that have been lobbied against President

Trump over the last year, you have the case playing itself out over in Washington, D.C.,

which is really starting to heat up.

If you remember, back in August of this year, you had federal prosecutor Jack Smith formally

lodge a four-count felony indictment against President Trump accusing him of a massive criminal

conspiracy to allegedly reverse the results of the 2020 election.

And so from August, up until today, up until December of this year, the federal prosecutors,

as well as Trump's legal defense, they've been getting their arguments ready and filing

all the pretrial motions that they can in order to, for one, acquire the necessary evidence,

but secondly, to give their side whatever edge they can.
