I guess we're on that. I am at the Sinesto Hotel in center city Philadelphia. Oh man, you know,

I don't know if you ever did one of those, you know, it's like a vitamin bag, it's like when you're,

you know, go to the hospital and they hydrate you through the bag, but this has tons of vitamins

and nutrients and zinc and vitamins. Oh, it's just, let me tell you something, there's a place in

Philly, it's called city hydration and they do a lot of stuff, you can look at their website,

but one of the things they do is that they come to your place, they're like registered nurses,

registered nurses and the owner came, she, I met her when I did President Steve and they set it up

for me. They came to the radio station and they gave me and John both a vitamin bag and you really

do, you just feel, you know, some things are not too good to be true, it's like an extra little perk.

You know me, I already work out, I already do a lot of stuff, but it's like, it feels great,

you just feel whoo, clean-headed, you know, and that's all I wanted to say, I'm sorry to

some love their way, but today is Friday, today is Friday, the year is 2022 and I'm at Helium tonight

with two shows in Philly and then two shows tomorrow and then we have a travel date in New Hope,

we're doing two shows in New Hope on Martin Luther King's birthday, six o'clock and an eight o'clock

because we figure why not, it's dark at 5.30, it may as well do an early and late show,

so, and then we have two days off and off to the Comedy Arcade in Pittsburgh, these are all

the things I've said before, but anyway, it's the second half of the Jack Hackett,

Kam Gavinsky extravaganza with Sean in the audience, Jack's brother,
