To experience this meditation you will need to sit in front of a mirror.

A full-length mirror is best so that your hands will be free and your body can remain relaxed. Begin to become aware of your breathing. Notice each breath as it goes in and comes out.

Allow the breath to breathe you

Become aware of slowing your breath

to the rhythm of four. Counting four as you breathe in and four as you breathe out.
