This is Dr. Christian Northrop and I'm going to lead you in a guided meditation called healing through channeling in the divine feminine.

The divine feminine has been the missing peace in most of healing

and I'd like you to have a bodily experience of what this feels like and know that you can tune in to this

and listen anytime or do it on your own because the feminine, the mother, the earth herself is always waiting and available for each of us.

So I'd like you to close your eyes now and take a deep, deep breath.

And focus on your heart center. In fact, you can put your hand over your heart and also over your thymus gland.

The thymus is the place in the body that actually distributes the energy of divine love, the most powerful healing source in the universe,

distributes this throughout not only your entire body but out to the entire world.

So take a deep breath now and I'm going to invoke the divine feminine.

With our spirits and with the angels help,

we bring divine love into our thymus glands.

We acknowledge divine love as the most powerful

healing force on the planet.

And we now open our hearts

to this great healing modality that is always available to each of us.

And if it's helpful for you, put your hand on your heart. Healing does not happen in the mind. It happens in the heart, in your high heart.

And it starts by slowing everything down.

So deep, slow breath now.

All the way in through your nose and all the way out through your nose or through your mouth, whatever is comfortable for you.

And now I'd like you to see in your mind's eye a gate on your heart.

Notice what the gate looks like.
