We will be chatting with our boy Sam Trippley here in just one moment, but just kind of a brief

background. I've taken a bit of an absence from this show for a while, as I've been involved

with other projects that many might be aware of. But the history of this particular podcast started

several years ago. It's kind of, when I did it, it was based after

you know, Joe Rogan, not numbers wise by any stretch, but it was, my tagline is it's a variety of guests

discussing a variety of issues. That was kind of the premise of it. And it's been amazing. But,

you know, it began when I, for lack of a better term, was kind of

standing in my own way. There's some things I wanted to do, but in my mind, I was listening

to that voice saying that I couldn't necessarily do it. Like we all kind of, a lot of us have that

voice that tells us we can't do something. So it's kind of, we start making decisions out of fear and not

pursuing things that we really think we should. So, you know, like I said, several years ago,

I was kind of going through a bit of a breakup. Things were kind of changing. And it was over

the course. I forget exactly what year it was, but I remember a few individuals just helped me

flip the switch. And it might sound odd, but it was comedian Bill Burr.

It was comedian Patrice O'Neill, specifically the Black Phillips show, but his comedy in

And then a gentleman by the name of C.T. Fletcher, world record-breaking strongman.
