What we know is kids who are restricted food, right, 12 times more likely to binge.

Interesting. Because they'll go to school. They're going to find it.

They're going to find it. They're going to get it. Right. And they're 12 times more likely to binge.

Because what they're learning is this narrative we have of good and bad foods.

We assign morality to food. Right. When food really is an aim world,

to tea. It's about how we relate to the food. All across the board, food is not the problem.

Therefore, it cannot be the solution. It goes back to what Carrie's mentioned.

Yes. Usually a spirit obviously, a spiritual issue, and an internal issue.

And really, and truly, what our relationship with it.

And when we make it, like we said, the idol.

It's taking up, like you said, you were obsessed. It was taking up your mind, your time.

It is, your thoughts, your relationships were impacted.

Oh yeah. That's when we know something's an idol.

Yes. Yes. And your line, I was avoiding. I was lying. I was hiding.

To continue making sure that I was going to be able to control my behavior.

Because that makes sense. And at the same time, and this is what I think for these women,

they hear, at the same time, worshipping Jesus and married to a man going to seminary.

I love Jesus, but yet I'm still going to control all my little boxes right here
