Welcome to another episode of the In the Penn podcast. I am your host, Kyle.

I'm back after a brief hiatus. And we have a lot of news come back. This free agent market,

this offseason has been something that is been pretty exciting. We've all had some up and down emotions. I as a Yankee fan and feeling great. Jake, on the other hand, it's a Giants fan. I think you all know how he's feeling. It's been a fairly rough friend. Then there's Rick with the Red Sox. It's been a similar boat. So it's nice to be on the high note for once on this podcast. But guys, it's good to be back. Welcome back.

How are you guys doing so far?

Yeah, it's good to be back and talking more, more baseball and getting ready for the holiday season.

And yeah, it's been, it's been tough.

I can't say I've, you know, enjoyed this offseason as a Red Sox fan.

But hopefully maybe it means that there's going to be some bigger changes down the road

that can help, you know, shift the momentum here.

Honestly, at this point, I think I'd rather have the Red Sox offseason than the

offseason the Giants had.

It's been pretty disappointing.

I think I'd rather not sign anybody than be tricked into the idea of signing the top two free agents.

So, yeah, it's been pretty disappointing for me.
