0:26.1	This week I've been diving into a segment I call Mindful Music.
0:30.2	So what I've been doing is giving the lyrics to a song that is related to some aspect of

0:36.8	I discussed the lyrics and the song and then I revealed what the song is at the end of

0:42.8	So let's close out this week with a goodie.

0:49.9	I believe the children are our future, teach them well and let them lead the way.
0:56.5	And I found the greatest love of all inside of me.
1:03.8	Now I think this is one that everyone is going to get.
1:09.6	But I really was just so compelled to use it because it just speaks volumes.
1:15.6	The lyrics I gave aren't in succession but they are the ones that provide the messages
1:20.2	that resonate with me the most.
1:22.8	The song is about loving ourselves and teaching our kids to do the same.
1:28.2	So the first set of lyrics again is, I believe the children are our future.

1:36.8	And that speaks about how the quality of this world depends on the children that are
