This is a political crisis of an action, and it's going to take political will, political

courage, in order for us to treat this issue with the urgency that the next generation needs.

So as Washington continues to fumble the ball on climate change, a new study says progress can still continue.

Cities around the world have a unique opportunity and perhaps a responsibility as well.

Before we get to that, though, it turns out that just talking about climate change can make a difference.
