Hi Romeo, you had a homework assignment you didn't like so you're quit in school.

Uh, yeah, kind of, but this time it's therapy.

Okay.

So, you know, I think it was, okay, so this has been going on for a while and it happened

a couple of weeks ago, maybe months ago, and my therapist gave me a homework assignment

where I just, there was no way in my mind that I was going to get that accomplished.

Okay.

Like, there was no way that I was going to get the courage to do what she was asking

me to do.

And so I just, I was just like, yeah, no, and I don't want to do that.

I don't want to, I don't want to do with it.

Yeah.

Well, before we do that, just a 30 second sort of origin story of why you started going

to therapy in the first place would make us understand the homework assignment, maybe.

Yeah.

I started going to therapy because growing up, I always felt like I just dealt with a lot

of anxiety and then over time that anxiety just kind of build up and it just got to the

point where I felt like I couldn't handle it anymore.

And every day was just the worst day of like my life in the sense.
