But we found some random thing that now you have to deal with.

Oh, and clinical correlation is also recommended.

If this sounds all too familiar,

don't worry, it happens to all of us.

More often than not because of the sensitivity and specificity

and the increasing technology of the radiological tests we're using,

we definitely are able to include or exclude conditions we're worried about,

but we also find some

findings or adrenal gland issues or maybe even a gallbladder

polyp on an ultrasound that we weren't expecting to see

when we're ordering it for let's say ride up a quadrant pain or some other condition and so this

and they're usually found incidentally.
