Today we're going to be talking about the sharing economy, and in particular, Uber, which more than any

other company brings them to focus the problems with the sharing economy, what exactly it is,

and what kind of culture it fosters. And we'll be speaking to the comedian, actor and presenter,

Nish Kumar, about doing stand-up in the wake of Brexit.

So today we're going to be talking about the sharing economy.

One of the biggest players in the sharing economy, Uber, has had a terrible, terrible, terrible few weeks.

Last week, Grable, the fake version of an app to confuse regulators and competitors, was exposed.

It was showing up as cancelled rides for people who, they suspected to be regulators when

they tried to kind of hail an Uber, they just, that they couldn't get one, basically.

Outrageous.

I would say somewhat typical of what we see from Uber, which is, and I think referencing

our podcast last week, we were talking about how all these digital systems can be gameed.

And in this case, we see Uber gaming the system through its own technology.
