number one thing you need to know about wading into that territory. And frankly, I'm going to share a little tough love, too.

I don't often go into this area of my own life,

since I noticed a lot of people are not interested in it.

But this, I thought this once I'll tell you the one top

thing that you guys who fall into this category need to know. And if that is not you, if you're

one of those wonderful people who doesn't even have social media, there's no particular

message that you feel inspired to share in a public way, I will be totally honest with you.

I don't know how much value you will get out of this

episode. You know what you could do? You could look up one of my older

episodes that you might have missed. Here are two that you guys missed out on. They didn't have the highest

number of listens, but people who did listen to them loved it. I think I
