Hi, my name is John Kim. I'm a therapist who went through his own rebirth many years ago

and I've been documenting my journey ever since sharing my life lessons and revelations.

I believe in casual or clinical with you instead of at you. I come unrehearsed on purpose

because self-health doesn't have to be so complicated.

We want to keep this conversation up. Yeah, it's not going to be like a lecture. It's going to be more of conversation, lots of Q&A and stuff like that.

So I guess we'll start with how we met.

Some of you know the story, some of you don't, but...

Yeah, there's a... I'm not going to say any names, but Jason Berg, he's a member at this gym.

He came in one day, I was working out and he says, hey John, do you like white girls?

And I was like, dude, in 2018, I like, you know, I don't just like white girls what you're talking about and he says I have

a therapist I want to set you up with and I said listen I don't just day therapist.

Anyway they were old friends and I'll let you tell them the short version of how we met because it's kind of funny.

So I always say I manifested John when people ask me only because my best friend Deney who's standing in the back actually

Denay have been a follower of Johns for a long time and you know I'd set me stuff and I don't remember what it was but for some reason something he had posted I was like oh

I remember in that moment being like oh and I wish I remember what it was but I kind of just started doing my

Instagram stalking as you do and I sent her the post and I was like, I find this guy to be incredibly attractive.

He seems to be single. He lives in LA and we have a mutual friend. I'm going to date this guy.

And she was like, okay. I don't know at the time you had like 50,000

followers she's like okay and I was like no I'm serious I'm gonna date him like I

just had this weird knowing I was like I'm gonna date this guy and so I had already had something on the books

to hang out with our mutual friend.

And so we're hiking and we're chatting.
