I'm going to ask why are we shaking up?

At some point during this conversation we had yesterday, you might tell me I should have said please hug me.

I'm sorry you have no right to do that. Why do you women play these games?

There is no contemplation about the future. You're shaking up. That's a here and now. Spending time getting to know each other, getting engaged, that is the pathway to a future. This is a bypass street.

I don't know what I'm trying to have the conversation to move into the marriage steps.

That's another really good one. Making sure he's the right man for me. I am very scared of moving forward. He seems like a good guy. He is a good guy.

That's why you're an unpaid whore. You want some of the benefits. You want a man around. You want to think somebody loves and cares about you.

You want to be able to get one foot out the door if necessary, easily without an attorney or money being exchanged hands. This is not a rational and healthy way to think about a future with a man.

That is a good plan. I do want one foot out the door. Yes. Both feet should be out the door. No objectivity while you're there. No objectivity.
