are listening to Polit this week by talking about Robert Mueller, the Special Counsel and the first indictments that he issued this week in the ongoing probe

of Russian meddling in the 2016 election.

The first three indictments came in, we're going to have Darren Samuelson who's following that for

Politico in the studio to chat about it and we're going to talk about what might be

coming next in that investigation. Then we're going to switch over a little

bit we're going to be talking about what's next for the Trump administration next week.

The president is going to Asia on a 12-day five-country trip.

We are going to preview that, talk a little bit about the issues that are going to be in play.

And then for our final segment this week, we've been talking a lot about Republican Senate primaries in our last few episodes.

We're going to talk about a big Democratic one on the horizon.

California Democrat Diane Feinstein, a multi-decade incumbent, is going to face a primary

challenge from the state Senate president, and we're going to talk a little bit about

how that came to be, what the chances of success are, and what that says about the state of the

Democratic Party in general. A couple quick notes before we jump into all that.
