I'm good. So my question for you is, is that I'm an Earth. And I was left my job of like

four plus years back in December. And now I think I'm about to accept a job there as an

assistant nurse manager. And I'm going to be managing. I'll be essentially the boss

of a bunch of my old, you know, of my friends. So I was wondering if you have any tips on

how to transition from co-worker friend to I guess, you know, I want to maintain those

friendships, but I will also be a supervisor.
