Had quite the weekend. It was my friend Abigail's wedding and it was just so magical and I I

Mentioned this frequently because I want it to be a practice for all of you

When your friend is something good is happening to them whether it's their wedding whether it's a promotion whether they got a dog

Whatever it is. I want you to feel that joy in your bones

I want you to take that joy and feel it as if it were happening to you and I know that's a little woo-woo

But if you make this a practice, I can't tell you how much it will pay

Individends I can't tell you how good you'll feel all the time and I I just am so happy for Abigail

I was there on her first date with her now husband Dylan because we lived together freshman year of real life

And we lived in the purple house in Laguna that I always tell you guys about Laguna Street on Laguna Beach

and I remember and you know now however many years later nine years later

They're they're getting married and it's just it's very special and I was thinking about the difference in how I would go

to weddings when I was like in my younger 20s and how I go to them now and the shift and how much more

Joyful I how much more joy I'm able to beam back on the happy couple because I am no longer concerned with timelines

I'm no longer concerned with you know stages of life and and that's a bigger topic but

I just want you to start if you're feeling wobbly if you're like oh my god my friend is having a baby
