what guys, I'll tell you. I woke up on the wrong side of the bed this morning. Sometimes

it happens, happens the best of us. And I was like, I can't go into the studio in a bad

mood. That's not fair to my family, my listeners, my community. I got a shake out of it. And

so I pulled on one of my joy triggers. If you're a newer friend, you might not have heard

me talk about this, but I you should always do little things to spark joy. I think sometimes

happiness is a lofty goal, right? To say, oh, make yourself happy. Happiness is more of

a measure of contentment over time. But sparking joy, that's a little thing you can do to

turn your day around. And over time, those little joyful things, joyful little moments

that you do, increase your overall happiness. Chips make chunks, right? So anyway, I have

this specific Starbucks, which is out of the way. I know it sounds stupid, but it's not.

And I drove the extra, I got up, I left early, drove the extra 15 minutes and sat and had

a coffee by myself. And sometimes that's all it takes, you know, I don't know if that

means I'm an incredibly simple human being or what, but it really turned my mood around.

And I'm here with a good attitude for the show today. Listen, thank you to everyone who

came out on Sunday. It was always, it's always so wonderful to meet you guys in person.

I love being in your ear, in your car while you're on your way to work, whatever, whatever,

to meet you and hug you in person is, is the joy of my life. So thank you. Final thing
