What's up you guys? Welcome back to the pod. Happy, happy, happy Monday. Now, it is a Monday. It is the Monday after 4th of July. So I would be remiss to not give a little quick recap, a quick little refresher on how not to freak out because I know you're probably thinking.

Tinks, I'm sitting at my desk.

I'm having a panic attack.

I ate 70,000 hot dogs.

I made out with someone.

I don't even remember his name.

I had 45 million drinks and I feel like a puffer fish and I'm just having anxiety in general and I drank for many

days in a row and now I feel terrible and I'm just spiraling.

Okay, guys, this is my specialty because I wasted a lot of my time in my youth feeling

terrible after benders or not even a bender, just a big weekend, whatever.

Let me tell you something.

It is a complete waste of time and energy.

It is absolutely a waste of your mind share.

And if anything, it actually negates.

I'm sorry, it kind of diminishes the fun you've had.

Because let's think about it this way.

Nothing that you think is going to change what you did this weekend. Can you turn the air down?
