I am joined by Dr. Laura Anderson, who is the founder and director of the Center for trauma resolution and recovery.

I've shared before of the the experience and the privilege of being a practitioner with the center working with coaching some some people who are working through religious trauma.

And I was sort of corresponding with Laura and I do this series. It's in the code and it's it's actually strangely similar to a small group that I ran with the center exploring some of these themes because a lot of the themes we talk about in this series can be.
