| 0:45.6 | talk about how I'm creating a life that I like, which is a theme for this month, but also how |
| 0:52.6 | in doing that, this mantra came to be, that it is either goodness or |
| 0:57.7 | get out. And how that has changed my dynamics with people, what boundaries I am setting, |
| 1:04.2 | even with myself, that allow me to live that truth. And I'm going to talk about those areas, how I am doing, |
| 1:13.2 | it's either goodness or get out in my personal life, in my professional life, and how that mantra |
| 1:17.8 | is impacting me internally. And let's start there. When it comes to the mantra that I'm using |

| 1:28.7 | Because there are times where I allow negative thinking, catastrophizing, meaning like I make |
| 1:34.2 | everything the worst case scenario. I allow that energy to come into my life and to rob me |
