And I'm Samantha Faye.

And we are just going to have the best time in this week's episode, telling you some spooky stories.

So Samantha, you want to get us started?

Sure. So happy Halloween, everyone. We thought we'd do something a little different this year.

And instead of focusing on one or two spooky topics, we thought we would just cover some very

recent spooky stories going on in the news right now. And our first one you might have seen because

boy, did it go viral. It's about this young man, Jonathan Lewis, and he buys a new house in

Surrey, England last month. He's so excited to move in and enjoy his flat. But then he decides to

tear down some plaster wall covering up the space under the stairs from previous owners.

And he makes a disturbing discovery. He told the Daily Mail, there was wiring coming out where

the previous owners had the fridge. I didn't know where the wire was plugged in. So I knocked

through a bit of the plaster board to see what was there. I knocked through a hole the size of a

fist, shown a light in, and there was just a doll sitting there. The rag doll was sitting in her

own little tiny doll chair, clutching a note which read Dear Reader, new home owner. Thank you

for freeing me. My name is Emily. My original owners lived in this house in 1961. I didn't like them.

So they had to go. All they did was sing and be merry. It was sickening. Stabbing was my

choice of death for them. So I hope you have knives. Sleep well. Because the note didn't look

50 years old, Lewis thinks it was placed there as a joke by the previous owners. And he said,

I'll be honest, I found the whole thing hilarious. I'd probably do the exact same thing.
