So did you wake up this morning, like doing some stretches and you're just like, and then thing? I just got the notification right now before we went on the air. Wow. |
| 1:27.2 | But I've still got to finish my Odd Thomas book, so I've got two more hours of that before I can start it. Oh my gosh. So nobody spoil it for me, everybody out there who's immediately reading the new Babaverse book. Yes. From Dennisy Taylor. So that's my excitement today. That's very exciting. It's very exciting. I don't know how long it is. That's always the problem. |
| 1:30.1 | I'm like, oh, I hope it's like 50 hours long. |
| 1:44.2 | That's the worst when like you are like waiting for a book and you think it's going to be 15 but 12 hours and then it's like four. Oh, this is 11 hours, 40 minutes. Okay, not bad. That's a good time a few, uh, drives back and forth to work. Okay. |
| 1:44.9 | Anyway, that was my excitement this morning. Um, so Sarah, we have a conundrum here that is going on. You have a conundrum. Yes, which I want to get to the bottom of this. As somebody who does consider themselves a bit of a detective. I mean, a lot of people call me that, |
| 2:00.4 | call me a, |
| 2:01.7 | call me semi-pro, |
| 2:02.9 | a semi-pro detective. |
| 2:04.1 | So, I mean, |
| 2:04.9 | not... consider themselves a bit of a detective. I mean, a lot of people call me that, call me a, a, call me semi-pro detective. So, I mean, not completely professional, but definitely in that. They call you semi-pro? A semi-pro detective. They call me a semi-pro detective. A lot of people say that. Yeah, they're like, you know what? He could go pro if he wanted to, but because he's got the skill set, obviously. This is what people say. This is what a lot of people are always telling me. This is what you hear the murmurs on the streets. Yeah, you know, they're always like, hey, Greg, I mean, you really could go pro at detective if you wanted to. But I'm like, yeah, not yet. I mean, obviously they recognize that I could definitely go undercover. and I have a lot of the skill sets that would work out for a really good detective. |
| 2:36.6 | I want to help you on this. |
| 2:48.2 | Okay. I'm going to lend you my skills. Yeah, because I really do need help because if this is happening. I know, and thank you for coming to me for help. I'm not coming to you for that. I understand. You're asking me for help, Sarah. I'm here to help you. |
| 2:51.4 | So let's get some basic facts going here on what's happening for you. |
| 2:51.8 | Okay. So I think, well, we've, I've talked about it. I've had like a couple of bike issues over the past couple months. So I think I talked about your bike accident. My bike accident. Yes, I know that I talked about that, which we'll get back to that. But before that, like a month and a half ago when I was riding, I was writing, and I'm like on a flat surface. I'm like, why is this so difficult to be like riding my bike right now? Am I in this poor of shape? I didn't know what was happening. And I look, and my back tire is flat. And so I'm like, oh, crap. But I ended up being right next to this bike shop, so I was able to go in, tried to pump it up, couldn't get it pumped up. |
| 3:27.4 | Finally, I just asked them to change my tire. And he took it out. And he couldn't find anything wrong with the tube in my bike tire. He's like, okay, but, you know, I'll just end up replacing it. And it's like, I'll just replace it. and so a brand new tube, put it back on there. Good to go. Bikes been fine. Then there was last week, of course, when I was riding on the Tillicum Bridge and I totally ate it and fell and, you know, scraped my, I still have some bruises and scrapes. I still have a really good size one on my thigh. So, yeah, fell on the telecom bridge with all the people passing me and everything. Yeah, the people who didn't stop. Mm-hmm. Yes, which those, I'm not happy with those people. But, so first and foremost, I finally got my, so I found out it wasn't my pedal that was broken. I kept saying it was my pedal that was bent, but it was the crank. |
| 4:16.8 | The crank that was bent. |
